Hello Everyone,

I am in the process of completing the forms for renewal of my PR card due to expire in June,2017. I have completed 730 days but been in and out of Canada couple of times back home and been also employed in Dubai before i came her to live permanently. While filling the forms how to i fill the in/out dates since one or two nights go in travel so is that considered as being in the home country.

For example say i left Canada on 1st May,2015 and arrived my home country on 3rd May,2015 so what happens to the night of 1st and 2nd May2015

I need to fill ADDRESS HISTORY INSIDE AND OUTSIDE CANADA WITH THE ADDRESS, and also for the TRAVEL HISTORY ie days travelled or lived outside Canada FROM DATE TO END DATE.

Where do i get the UCI number from.

How long is the processing period now.

Thanks in advance

The day you leave Canada is the date you left Canada (i.e 1st May 2015) and the return date to Canada is your date when you returned to Canada (landed on Canadian soil)

The UCI# is printed on the front of pr card with the format xxxx-xxxx (numeral format)

47 days is the processing time for pr card renewal.

Thanks for the response, what about the days spent in transit while travelling, would i need to mention it on the forms or else there will be a gap of two days. Also where can i get the UCI number from. I have seen in the forum that people have been waiting for long after they send the application is it there is such a delay.

1. No. IRCC is only interested in the date you left Canada and the date you arrived.
