I'm applying for a new PR card since mine is about to expire very soon.
I just have some questions about filling out the information on IMM-5444 F form (Application for a Permanent Resident Card).
For personal history such as Address and Work/Education info, does this have to be within the past 5 years?
The thing i'm confused about is that for an address say, I lived in a house before I got my PR card. So when I am filing out the info, do I need to put the date I became a PR as the starting date or the original date when I started living in the house?
Also, I am a student. For education info, since I haven't graduated yet, do I put the date I started going to school in FROM column and the today's date in TO column?
