PR CARD RENEWAL SUBMITTED DECEMBER 2025

Hi, it's been more than a week that IRCC mentioned they have mailed out PR card, but haven't received yet. Does anyone know how long it's gonna take?

where do you see the rejection? did they email you? I saw comments from prior month log that people re-upload photos after rejection due to this reason.

I have seen in dev tools (inspect), it says rejected for photo requirements.i haven't received either an email or rejection status in portal.
Still shows submitted in the portal.

I submitted my spouse's renewal on Dec 24 and received it in the mail today. I was totally expecting it to take several weeks atleast until the end of Feb. Very surprised.

Looked up in devtools today and my status changed from "16" "Ready for review" to status: {id: 20, statusEn: "Completed", statusFr: "Complété"}.

Does this mean my application is completed and will receive my card soon? I am unable to link my application.

I called the call centre January 13 and they mentioned me that my application in process once card printed they will mail it but so far no anything yet. If any December applicant received their PR card can you share it please and thank you.

Not sure if the length of stay outside Canada has anything to do with this. For us it was only 2 months in 5 years.

I applied on Dec 11, called them on January 13th and they said it's in process already haven't received anything yet.

Application returned by IRCC on 7-Jan-2026, Didn't meet photo requirements.
Resubmitted with new Photo: 7-Jan-2026

I have seen similar update in Dev tools since Jan 14th, but application status is still shown as Submitted.

I was expecting a request to submit a new photo, but today received the PR card in the mailbox.

Online Application date is Dec 30, 2025, Card received Jan 22.

As per my experience, I would say, don't pay much attention to dev tool message it looks useless to me
