PR Card Renewal - Status says complete

Hi,

I just checked my pr card status, it says complete and below is the status. I checked the mailing address, it's perfect in their status page. It's been 3 weeks, but i haven't received any card to the mailing address in Ottawa. What should i do now. Please help. Thanks!

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on January 11, 2018.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 27, 2018.
3. We started processing your application on March 27, 2018.
4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on April 23, 2018

Heard a similar story on another thread. Looks like there's some delay.
But, best option is to call the IRCC Customer care and talk to them.

The card was mailed but Canada Post probably failed to deliver it... best would be to call the call centre as it would have been returned to them.... if it was returned then something can be done

Returned PR cards are usually destroyed..... after 60 days...

If you are going to return to Canada several days before the PR card expiry date, you do not need to renew the card. You can wait until it get expires.
