Do not change anything!!

Your reason for return is very obvious so just rectify the objection. Keep the photo as it is, and reach out to the place where you took your photo. Ask them to stamp it and give it a time to dry.
If it was a digital photo you should not even put a stamp, rather the invoice/receipt.

I submitted my file on August 2nd, and after that, the JSON status was completed on September 4th. There has been no update since then. I also called to agent and sent a webform, but everyone gives the same reply: that your file is under process. This might help other applicants who, like me, have been stuck for a long time.

Well, unfortunately, I will also say the same. If the JSON status was complete around September 4th, then it is bit strange that the cards did not end up in your mailbox.

Perhaps share your Rawapi data with expanded reasons for rejection menu and we can see some more info.

8 weeks is unusual, but this tells me that your case must not be straightforward and must have complexities.
1- A lot of traveling history with small trips
2- Living with Canadian spouse outside Canada to count for Residency Obligation
3- Agent not immediately convinced with documentation that you have provided as a proof of living together in case of point 2.
4 - Cutting close to the RO.

I always tell people: Be happy as the Good news is NO NEWS from them.! No news or update from their side means things are moving forward and they can verify things independently without your input of additional documentation. You are lucky that they are investigating and they are taking it forward without additional requirements.

Hello all,I applied for PR card renewal my brother and his wife on Oct 6,2026 online but now he needs to go back first week of Nov 2026 due to my old mother in home country and current PR card is valid till April 2026.Any issue in renewal card process ? Any one ircc we needs have to inform or not to visit back home country during process of PR renewal going on .pls reply asap thanx all of you

I applied on September 19, 2026. Looking at the forum posts here, it seems like it takes about two months to receive the card. Is that right?
