PR Card renewal - plan to renew PR Card after meeting RO

Hi Experts,



I got my Canadian residency Visa stamped on Indian Passport. After two months I became Australian Citizen and landed in Canada in 2010 via US on Indian Passport. I stayed in Canada for one month and went back to Australia. In 2012 I went to US on E3 Visa and worked till July 2014. Since July 2014 I am living in Canada.


My two years RO is completing in July 2016. My question is if I declare Australian Citizenship when applying for renewal of PR Card could it be an issue.

My PC card expired in Feb 2015.
My Indian Passport expired in 2014
Currently I am holding Australian Passport.

Interesting... So, if India doesn't permit dual citizenship, your Indian passport was already invalid when you used it to become a permanent resident in Canada?
