PR Card Renewal - Photos missing from drop down menu under "Document Type" in PR Portal

I am renewing my PR Card. I created the application under PR Portal. "Submit your Application" is grayed out. I noticed Photos is missing from drop down menu under "Document Type" in PR Portal. Is it just me or others who also have same problem?. I dont see any option to upload photos to my online application which could potentially causing the submit button to be grayed out. I even tried to use "Other" from drop down menu and still no luck

Same here. Tried the same thing, also tried different types of photos and everything for front and back to see if I got any better results.....but no luck.
