PR CARD RENEWAL - NO MAIL

It says it was mailed on March 16th and I still haven’t received. Did anyone else have similar experience recently?

I applied on paper, was received 22 January by IRCC
1. called end February, they could not find my application
2. Called again 10 march, they could not find my application, received same day in the afternoon AOR by email
3. received new card 19 march
