PR Card Renewal - No confirmation email received after application submission

Hello,

I submitted my PR Card renewal application recently on the PR portal. The application shows as submitted on the portal but I haven't received any submission confirmation email yet (2 days after submission).

What's my next steps? Do I have to wait for the AOR or is there a way I can obtain confirmation that the application was submitted?
