I have applied my PR card renewal on May 17th and after that I haven’t got any acknowledgment email or reply from IRCC. Normal processing times I see is 28 days in portal. It’s almost getting closer to that date but not received any update. Also, one more ques I have my current PR card active till Jan 2027. But I have renewed it 6 months earlier so new card if it gets processed with effective date when it is getting processed or from when my old card expiry date. Please let me know if anyone have info on this.

That's pretty normal. You usually don't receive an AOR or any email updates for a PR card application. The card often just shows up in your mailbox one day.
If you'd like to check the status, call IRCC and ask about your application. You can also request your application number and link it to your GCKey account to track its progress online.
The PR card will reflect the effective date assigned when the application is processed.
