PR card renewal - mail not received

Below is my time line for my PR card renewal :

Permanent Resident Card

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on January 27, 2026.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 11, 2026.
3. We started processing your application on March 11, 2026.
4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on March 25, 2026.

However I still have NOT received my card by mail ? Any similar experience? Is it normal ? What’s your advice ?
