Hi All,

I am applying for RP renewal after meeting RO
Now I have 800+ days under the belt.
Goal is to avoid SR and renew PR card smoothly.
I am planning to submit following
  1. Employer letter (confirm employment, start date etc)
  2. T4 (2 years)
  3. NoA (2 years)
  4. Mortgage Annual Statement (2 years)
  5. Bank Statements (2 years)
  6. Cover Letter
  7. PR + Passport photo copies
I know we cannot guarantee how IRCC will respond, but Is that good enough effort on my side to minimize the chances of SR?
am I missing something to include?
or am I over complicating my application by adding too much paper work :-)

Experienced members please advise

As observed elsewhere, Foremost: FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. Follow the checklist.

Additional documents are NOT necessary and so far as we can discern NOT likely to change how IRCC processes the PR card application. If it is a case in which IRCC is inclined to make a SR referral, IRCC (PRCC-Sydney to be more precise) will most likely still refer the application for SR no matter what the PR includes.

Not all cutting-it-close cases will get referred to SR. Cutting-it-close increases the risk of referral to SR, yes, but it is very likely there are other factors which will influence whether this is how it goes.
