PR card renewal application, received or not, how to know that?

Hi all,

I sent my PR card renewal on march 12,2018, on CIC website they said they will send me an email, the same one that i wrote down in the application, to acknowledge their receipt of my application.

till now I didnt receive any email or post mail, what exactly should i do?

is there a number or email address to enquire whether they received my application or not even though i dont have a reference number?

You will only get AOR the day they open your application. So if today the website says says processing applications received 14 January, wait till it says processing applications received 12 March, being around the time you sent in yours.

Alternatively you can tell it was received if you had tracking on it and it was delivered and signed for...

They opened mine whenever I send a message for inqury. I am still disappointed it took them that long or they just put it in a pile where it got lost!
