I want to renew my PR card. I had PR residency obligation H&C case approved and PR status reset. I was asked to apply for PR card.
Can an expert please provide clarification for the questions:
questions 19,20 and 21.- 5 year history on address, country visited, etc:
Should I include 5 years before date of application or just from the time PR status was reset?
question 18 - did immigration officer reported and determined that residency obligation is not met?
Should I answer yes? I am assuming it is yes.
I am going to attach the letter which states that PR status is reset.
