When you apply for PR card you receive an automatic email reply from IRCC about submission, I submitted that email's copy to BLS, as I received a phone call from BLS about the deficiency; BLS forwarded that to CGI, status on BLS went back to processing at consulate, I am not sure if CGI accepted that email as sufficient proof, but after that police verification request was sent for my passport so I believe they accepted and moved forward but I am not 100 % sure. I am still waiting on further updates ; status on passport seva still shows PVR awaited while that is submitted already by local police on Sept 15th. Yesterday I emailed CGI to request for update but received a reply that it could take 5-7 days to update pvr. I have upcoming travel planned in 2 weeks and feels kinda stuck. I dont know what to do at this stage.
Status ID 20 means your application is completed without any issues. Or you can say it was approved. You will be receiving your cards in the mail soon.
you were right, my application has been approved and received an update on cic account that they have mailed my PR card.

I have years of experience analyzing the real data from real humans. My only request is to please also communicate the same thing to other members and help them avoid unnecessary anxiety and document collection/submission burden. I am happy for you.
An optimistic estimate is in two weeks. So I will say you will have your cards in mail on or before September 30th.
Please do report back the date when you receive them with your complete time line as it will allow me to help others.

thnak you for replying, i am stuck in between to decide should i travel to toronto to do my application, or send through post canada, as i live in quebec, but my bls center is toronto, have you used mail to send the application , or walked in with an appointment?,

I have applied on Aug 18th. Today i see update on Jason with status as completed. but there is also rejection reason with primary identification document is missing. But, i am sure we have submitted it. Any one had the simialr behaviour and received the card? no official communication yet.

Gud for you received PR card. My also decision on Json 16 sept. And in front of rejection reason is [ ]. Means brackets nothing mentioned anything inside these brackets. Status id is 20. I m asking same was in your json status on tejection readon as my. Pls reply asap. My updated status on json on 16 sept 2026
