If the application was just submitted on August 11, 2026, it may take some time before it can be linked or becomes visible. You can also check the PR application status through the IRCC application tracker if you have an AOR

Hi, i am also going through the same, my PR card expired i have applied renewal on August 16th , as of today no email, And Indian Authrity requires an email confirming the processing, accordign to website, i have not personally contacted the BLS Centre. So waiting for the PR Card to apply.

When you apply for PR card you receive an automatic email reply from IRCC about submission, I submitted that email's copy to BLS, as I received a phone call from BLS about the deficiency; BLS forwarded that to CGI, status on BLS went back to processing at consulate, I am not sure if CGI accepted that email as sufficient proof, but after that police verification request was sent for my passport so I believe they accepted and moved forward but I am not 100 % sure. I am still waiting on further updates ; status on passport seva still shows PVR awaited while that is submitted already by local police on Sept 15th. Yesterday I emailed CGI to request for update but received a reply that it could take 5-7 days to update pvr. I have upcoming travel planned in 2 weeks and feels kinda stuck. I dont know what to do at this stage.

Status ID 20 means your application is completed without any issues. Or you can say it was approved. You will be receiving your cards in the mail soon.

You are fine!
These JSON messages trigger every now and then. If they truly had an issue a formal email with open portal would have welcomed you. JSON is not an approved channel or portal to gauge the IRCC queries. No need to send any thing, BECAUSE, your status would have changed to something else but not 20, if they truly had any issue with your photo.

I totally stand with every word I am writing here.

Expect to receive your card before Sep 30 (this is very optimistic experienced base claim).

you were right, my application has been approved and received an update on cic account that they have mailed my PR card.

Status ID 20 means your application is completed without any issues. Or you can say it was approved. You will be receiving your cards in the mail soon.
