PR Card processing

I was wondering and curious to know, does CIC determined the date to receive PR Card when we landed or the latest update?

I would appreciate for the reply.

I thought I read somewhere that it would be the processing time listed on the date you landed. I'm not 100% sure though.

It is just an approximate estimate. On an average it takes around 3 months. give or take 2 weeks.
