Hi there, my wife got accepted as a permanent resident in November and the email said just to mail a printed version of the attached confirmation form and a passport style photograph to them and we would eventually get our card. Is this correct? It seems like the wait time has been exceeded by now and we're a little worried we didn't do it correctly.

I believe the PR CARDs are taking approximately 4 months per IRCC website:

try linking your PR CARD application to your account for status by selecting Permanent Resident Card in the appropriate category instead of Permanent Residence.
