PR card not received

Hi Everyone, I did my landing early last March but since then I am waiting for my initial PR card. Every time I contact ircc they say that due to covid they are working on their half capacity and it has not been printed yet. Is there anything that can be done in this scenario. Please advise.

There is something else going on because others from the same period have received their cards.
