If you don't have your AOR yet I would suggest to reapply. That's what I did at least. 2nd application about 2 weeks after the first one was marked as urgent.

The current average processing time for PR renewal is 137 days (from the moment your application reached their mail room until DM). If it's been more than 137 days, then it's worth giving them a call, especially because you've had a DM in your status for more than a month. All the best!

Please let me know if you can see your status online. I received AOR on 5th Oct(renewal), however, it says we are unable to identify you. Does it mean they have not started processing??

hi mine is same me stuck also DM SEP aor 14 sep today i call ircc they said just wait this that not usefull answer

i have to go back home very urgent my ticket is 27 oct2021 today i send them throw webform i dont know i receive pr card due to my travel date im so upset this is my second massage throw webform lets pray guys i will receive my pr card asap thanks

Same situation here, I called CIC, no use, they just asked to wait. I also had planned to travel this week. I sent webform but no use. My application was received May 14, over the normal processing time now.
