Would you please advise in details how did you apply for Urgent processing and what type of information you used to qualify for urgent processing ? Did you send a complete application again with new photos and attach the original Payment receipt ?
If you received AOR already, then you need to request urgent processing through webform. In case you haven't received the AOR, you need to submit a new application with all documents, photo and copy of earlier fees payment receipt.
In both cases you need to attach:
1. Explanation letter suggesting reason for urgent processing. Reasons allowed are: Illness of yourself or a close family member or if your current Canadian job requires you to travel abroad.
2. Your confirmed air ticket
3. Payment receipt of your confirmed air ticket and mode of payment.
4. Most important: proof of Reason for urgent processing like : Doctor's note or employers letter stating you need to travel.
Urgent processing is possible only if you are traveling at least three weeks from the date of request. Else you need to apply for PRTD from the country you travel to..
