PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2020

For renewal, I dont think there is an online application. It has to be paper.

If its a paper application, which option applies since I am using a representative. I have read the guide also but still have questions:

Option 1
Only sign the Use of Representative form (IMM5476E)

Option 2
sign the following:

1. Application for Permanent Residence (IMM5444E)
2. Use of Representative form (IMM5476E)
3. Supplementary Identification Form (IMM 5455) --- this is no longer required
4. Document Checklist (IMM 5644) -- unsigned

Just want to know if you received all family members card at the same time.
I received mine but my husband profile hasn’t even been updated until now.
We sent our photos together in one envelope.

Received September 6th
In process October 20th
Application approved and card mailed November 5th

I think they chose me because we barely met the RO. We had like 750days, so maybe they wanted to double check the dates?
Anyways... the question is.. once they received my documentation how long does it take to get a reply?

1. We received your application on July 21, 2020
2. The Permanent Resident card was send on November 9, 2020

I got approved on 12th Nov but no update on my wife's profile.

Just checked my status. It says "Decision Made" but when I go inside it says the following:

Permanent Resident Card

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on August 18, 2020.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on November 5, 2020.
3. We started processing your application on November 5, 2020.

@Daafi No. I still see the same screen when I track my application. Hopefully, it will change soon.

I think I received a ghost update but when I click the status it says "Application status is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

Not sure if it is really a GU. Anyone else on the same boat?

My PR card mailed in October 27 stil awaiting to get it received, any idea how much time it takes to PR card delivered
