103 days are for new PR Cards.
Renewal is still 299 days.
Out of curiosity - has the new card processing time stayed largely the same (103 days) for a while - is it only PR Renewal that is jumping up and up and up....?

The frustrating part is its not up up and up rather having mega fluctuations... From 27 days pre covid to 248 days a week later 177 a week later 164 a week later 174 and a week later 299

I submitted PR renewal application by post on March 8. No response yet - I do not see the status also when I check online - I cannot link the application online also under my CRA. Any idea what's going on - how can I track my application? PR card expires in August.
Any update

When I try to link the PR Card renewal to the CIC account, it only finds the original application from 2015 (and has that linked).

Is that normal? Do I have to keep trying to search for the new application or does it appears under the original one or something.

Thats great news for you! Well done!
I am just wondering if anyone else is noticing that NEW PR cards seem to be in process now - but I am not seeing anything to suggest that PR renewals are in process yet. Anyone else seeing any movement on the renewals front? Thanks all!

No, no movement. Considering that the current waiting time for renewals is 299 days, I’d say IRCC will start processing renewals once they finish the backlog of the first PR cards.

I’d add that I’ve only seen first PR Cards of inland landed PRs being approved. I don’t know of any FSW- or CEC-outland people who have had their cards approved yet. Nada.

Yes Sydney CPC. No AOR. I sent it about 2 weeks ago and can confirmed they got it.

Thanks Nada. I keep thinking that this would not even be a problem if I had not made the trip when I did. Who knew! People think I am making it up that I am still stuck outside of Canada......!

I don't know that this is going to make anyone waiting for their PR card to be renewed feel any better but it is information - although the same information from March, April, May...

"Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Rest assured that this situation is normal since the responsible office is currently processing applications received before February 10, 2020."
