PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2020

They received my application June 2nd 2020. No update till today. When I'm trying to contact customer service, still they are confirming Feb 10th applications are processing.

So I’ve been only checking the status through ECAS, I believe the first day I saw it must’ve been the 3rd or 4th of September. I’d estimate 1 or 2 days for the time you’re asking about, though.

I’ve never gotten an AoR email, checked both inbox and junk. It would be nice to get one, but to date for all the applications I’ve made there’s never been an email.

My brother's card arrived today! That was a quick and smooth process.

Now I'm worried about mine since I need it more urgently haha... still no update on ECAS and it's bothering me that our applications were sent together, and yet one has been approved so quickly and the other is, optimistically, still lying in the mailroom and nothing more serious. Even more concerning when you start seeing people from June (congrats nonetheless!) on here saying they've started receiving their new cards, but at least I'm not alone

Update on my wife ECAS status.

Card sent out on Sep 14.

1. App received on May 27
2. AOR on Sep 10
3. Started processing on Sep 10
4. Card sent out on Sep 14

Mine status is still In Process since Sep 10.

Copr received on 28th may.
I am waiting for my Pr card .
110 days they have mentioned its in process.

I would have thought you'd have it by now. Can you track the application online?

Nope, ECAS says there is no info available on first cards now. And when i enter my data it says nothing found(( Though the clerks at IRCC call centre constantly say your application is in process!

Updates are seven days a week. When I got my original Pr the decision made was on a Sunday.

Now that you say it, I think my days were quite close.. I sent my application in April even though my card would expire in June to do the minimum days. Memory is bad but it must’ve been ~740 days. I’ve been a student mostly.

Submitted an application on May 8, 2020. RO has been met.

I have not received AOR yet, should i be worried? Does it take this long to send AOR? I do see people submitted on May 28th and got AOR in sep 1. Do i need to contact cic and inquire?

Hi just make sure your passport still valid as your primary ID when you sent your application

No emails for my wife status update, all have to check on ECAS, her status is showing complete.

For me, its still same: "In Process" since Sep 10..

It shows as decision made since 9th onwards, no updates

Then you should not worry, my wife's ecas status changed on Sep 10, and today we got update on ECAS that card was sent out on Sep 14.
