PR card needed issuance time after Landing

Hello All!!

I recently received the entry visa as an immigrant to Canada. I checked online for the PR processing time and on the official website it is mentioned to take 88 days.

I have applied to Ontario and will be landing in Ottawa; did anyone move there recently? how long did the PR card take to be issued? will I need a permanant residence to receive it? and any advice around this will be appreciated! I had anticipated that this process will take around 2 to 3 weeks before.
