I am also in the process of name change, had same problem, Indian passport only had first name, No last name.
So changed my Indian Passport, added my husband's last name, with marriage certificate. Also Have applied for Ontario name change certificate.
Now i will fill in the application for PR card name change once I receive my Ontario name change certificate.
Can you plz send me a link for PR card application for name change, so that i keep it ready to speed up the process. I am not exactly able to find the correct link.
