Has anyone experienced the same issue?

I applied for a Permanent Resident (PR) card. My name appears correctly on my eCOPR, but when I linked the application to my GCKey account, my family name, which consists of two words, appeared incorrectly because the first word was omitted. Did anyone else see their family name displayed incorrectly after linking the application, or was it shown correctly?

If anyone has experienced the same issue, I would appreciate it if you could share what you did, whether you contacted IRCC to correct the name, and what the outcome was.

Thank you in advance.

Clarification, are you sure that the document you have is the eCOPR? I have personally only seen the COPR format, in which familiy name is separate (two differently lines) from given names. Does yours split this the same way?

PR cards are also issued this way but without family/given indication
FAMILYNAME
GIVENNAME (the givenname is, I think, a slightly smaller font)

I can only guess that IRCC somehow mixed the double-barrelled family name with one of those being a givenname (or dropped somehow).

Yes, it needs to be corrected - suggest calling IRCC. At least the person should be able to confirm what they have in the databases in each field.

It’s just the PR CARD show the name incorrectly . They missed the first two letters of my family name on the pr card .
