PR card in process: issues raised by IRCC regarding photos provided

Hi everyone, I went to Canada for a soft landing and came back but now
I have been informed by IRCC through email that photos submitted to IRCC do not meet the required specifications. My Permanent Resident (PR) Card cannot be issued without a compliant/acceptable photo.
I must send:
Two (2) new photos that meet the specifications set out in the document located at the link below:
https://www.canada.ca/.../apply-renew-replace/photo.html
I must submit the requested documentation through mail to Case processing centre - Permanent Resident Card PO Box 4500 Sydney Nova Scotia within 180 days of your date of landing. If i do not submit the requested
documentation within 180 days of my date of landing, my PR card request will be cancelled and I will be required to apply for a
PR card with an application, supporting documents, photos and processing fee.
Please help me what should I do now ...

If you are in Canada, send them requested documents by mail . If you are outside Canada, you cannot apply for PR card from outside Canada unfortunately. You have to apply for PRTD to come to Canada and then apply for PR card .
