PR card - How long it takes?

Hi, I drove to the border to land in September.

I signed on the CPR right in front of an agent.

Border service agent told I don't need to do anything to get PR card as I drove to the border and signed the form.

According to the CIC website, it takes about 63 days to get PR card.

It's been more than 63 days (about 76 days) but I haven't received the PR card yet.

Has anyone drove to the border to land? How long it took to get the PR card?

Any procedure I am missing here?
