Hi,

Me and my son have received PR cards after 6 weeks of landing.

But my wife's PR card has still not come.

We didn't receive any email about new photos either.

What could be the issue?? How can we contact them from outside Canada??

Is a few days delay okay between receipts of individual PR cards?? Should I wait for a week before checking??

Please suggest.

Call on this number and then choose IRCC. Talk to them and see if they sent the photo request or not. Also, if they tell you that they have sent the PR Card, then confirm the address of delivery.

Its been almost 5 months since we are waiting on our PR cards. I received ECoPR on 11th Dec 2021 but I and my wife both did not receive our PR cards. Every time I try to contact them their customer service is busy to put me in line due to high call volume or their customer support is close. Is there any email address anyone can suggest or any other way we should proceed?
