PR Card expired, Passport from India expired Tips?

Hi All

Due to multiple adverse personal situations, I am in a bad spot.

PR Card and Passport (From India) expired.

I see that PR Card renewal needs a valid Passport and Upon inquiry Passport office says I need to have a valid PR Card.

Any tips?

Is that what the India consulate/embassy told you in order to renew your passport? They should accept other proofs of your PR status besides a valid PR card (like COPR).
