Hi,
I got my PR under CEC class. I did Landing also. I had to travel to India immediately and hence gave my friend's address at the time of landing. He currently has my PR card. He is travelling to India in 2 weeks. My question is, can je bring my PR card and hand it over to me? He is a little worried if its legally allowed or not. Pl. let me know your inputs as it will give him some assurance.
