PR Card application status on ECAS

I've got an other question regarding the address change.
should i send a webform with the IUC of the primary applicant only, or should i send multiple webform for every family member ?

I think "Change of contact information" is more appropriate. But I cannot be sure. The safest option would be to send under both (2 webforms).

In fact i didn't use application number as a mean of identification, but I used ICU number. In that case each member has a separate ICU number.
So I guess that I should send other webforms in this case.

There is a chance that all UCI can be under the same application. In either case, you should put in the Application Number so that it becomes easier for them to identify the application.
 
Hi, I landed on November 9 and not able to find my application by using "Link and external account" How long does it take for the application to show up?
