PR card application question

I am filling out the PR card renewal application.

There is a question about listing all the addresses lived in last 5 years.

Let us say I lived in vancouver for 5 months at address ABC. During those 5 months
I visited India for 3 weeks in month 2 to address DEF .
And USA in month 4 for 3 weeks to address XYZ.
After both the visits I returned to address ABC.

My question is, do I need to mention addresses DEF and XYZ or can they be
just taken as brief visits and my vancouver address ABC will suffice for those 5 months?

My opinion, you use the Vancouver address and the other go in the travel section of the form.
