Hi All,

How do we send copr letter and photo to ircc for PR card.

  • It has to be via Canada Post or Courier?
  • It should be one envelope per applicant or one envelope is enough for family.
  • Is there anything else we need to include in package or just copr and photo?

Hello, i sent mine via Canada post using Express, although that was perhaps not necessary since all Canada Post packages can be tracked.
You only need to include the COPR letter and one photo, with ur name and UCI.
I wasnt sure so I sent mine in a separate envelope from my husband.
Maybe , they could have gone together, since we are same location and he was a dependent.
We got them back same time in under 3weeks in separate envelopes.

Hi Did you send your applications in similar envelope? Should I send my spouse and mine differently or in similar envelope?

I sent the photos of my husband and me in the same envelope. They were approved and the cards are in production now.
