PR Card and PR status of 5 years both are expiring!!! Please need urgent help.

Hello, Please reply me. I need serious urgent help.

I have Canadian PR. As per PR rule, to maintain PR, out of 5 years we have to live 2 years in CANADA and we can live 3 years outside of Canada if we want. I have already PR but I have lived 2 years in Canada and right now I am outside of Canada at the moment and it's going to be finished 3 years soon here in this December 2021.
The problem is that I have to come back to Canada before this December 2021 but I am currently in a University and my course will be finished in a February 2022. SO, I have to be here till Feb 2022, But by the time my PR will be expire as i will exceed the PR limit as it will be more than 3years. What should I do? How can I maintain my PR if i want to be here till Feb 2022?

Another thing My PR card is getting expire in this year October 2021. So what should I do? Can I renew it as I am outside Canada? IF yes then How?

Does your course have a summer break? Couldn't you just spend that time in Canada and apply for a new PR card while you're there? You can't file a PR card application from outside the country.

Your PR doesn’t expire your PR card does. You also need to meet the 2 out of 5 years from your landing date and after the first 5 years. You went to university abroad knowing your would not meet your RO so I’m not sure what you expected.
