PR card after landing

I have landed but did not get PR card because the IO did not accept my friend's address at that time
1) Is it correct that if I apply for PR card after 6 months of landing I need to go to Canada and collect in person?
2) Can I update my address in e-CAS and call the IO and inform them that I have updated my Canadian address?
