my PR card is about to expire next year Nov 2012
I was planning on going to Philippines 3-5months from now
and was wondering if I could stay there until Oct 2012 and come back here before Nov 2012

Dude you know the rules... 730 days in 5 years. Do your calculation and determine if you can go and come back before Nov. 2012. Good luck.
