I recieved my ITA under CEC when I was in Canada but had travel out due to urgency. Had to Change my address during file submission as flight ban was imposed and can't travel back under 3months timeline.
l got my PR approval email in September but since I was not in Canada, my virtual landing could not be done using PR Portal. As per instructions, I replied to the email telling Outside Canada and since then I did not received any reply.
I tried reaching out over call and web forum but they reply back with Afganistan crisis thing.
I don't know how to proceed!!
There is no COPR email yet. It seems as if they are not processing the application further for candidates outside canada
What are the chances If I travel to Canada and reply the same email, will they process and create my PR portal profile since I will be in canada then? Will there be any issue on address change?
