Hello everyone,
I am in lad CEC applicant and on June 23, 2021, I called the IRCC call center to check the true status of my application. Oh, surprise!! they told me that my PR was approved on June 2, 2021, and on June 3rd, 2021 an email was sent to me BUT I have not received any email. I have checked everything in my email and nothing is in there yet. I call them back on June 25, 2021, and it seems they send another email to the visa office that is handling my application but still not news

Can somebody give me any advice regarding this matter, please?
