PR applications from NDVO/INDIA.....lets connect here...

Hi seniors,

As your applications are in process at NDVO, i wanted to clarify my doubt about my ppc.

I went to an african country on business visa & stayed there for a year. I have managed to get PCC for my stay but it has 2 probable mistakes.

1. Certificate issued by mr. X but signed & stamped by ms.Y (both at same position)
Are they two separate places defined to mention who has issued it and then another place to sign by a person? If yes, then it should be okay I guess. You can also search forum for applicants from that country and see if anyone else can confirm having same situation.

2. Instead of writing the full hospital name, eg. born at women's hospital" they have written "born at women's".
If there is no other document which has this info you can still pass it on as is to CIC since there will not be any other document to contradict it.
or
You can also try and get a new corrected PCC. If you have received ITA and you do not have enough time then you can submit current version with LOE and apply new PCC and include proof that you have applied for new PCC with your application.
Will this pcc work? Did any of you had any situation like this?

IMO there are no defined timelines for NDVO or trend with NDVO finalizing application. Though you are about to complete 6 months and there aren't many application which have gone beyond 6 months. I think you should get ur PPR soon

If you have time on your hands then write to issuing authority and point it out like a mistake. They will either rectify it and issue you a new PCC or explain that it is correct and then you can issue that as a supporting document.

Point.2- name of the hospital is mentioned in my birth certificate.
I don't think birth certificate is required for EE application. It was required for OINP though... If it is optional for you then you can skip it. Again if you have time on your hands (assuming this is also on PCC) you can point it out as a mistake on PCC and get a new rectified one.

Kindly help me with the following questions :
a) The analyst has given remark ' Review Required' in the beginning and writes ' appear met ' towards the end. Is there a issue in the same ??

b) As regards the funds, the family strength is 3 since my spouse is not accompanying, but the analyst is calculating funds for family of 4. Should I send CSE with increased fund Bank statement ?? I will as it is be sending the Consent letter through CSE.

c) What does valid WP under LMIA xxxxxx mean Huh

d) In the end why is the analyst writing in capitals WORK EXPERIENCE : 15 SETTLEMENT FUNDS.?

Lastly, my file is now with NDVO since 06 Jul 16. The notes above are of 17 Jun 16. Last update on the notes was on 05 May 16, ie the Analyst Remarks are of 05 May 16. My status has not changed at all since AOR. BG also reads Not started. Meds are passed.
