Any thoughts on number 3? Our MP said: “SINCE THE FILE IS IN WINNIPEG FOR REVIEW — USUALLY THAT MEANS THE FILE HAS BEEN FLAGGED.” What does this mean, guys?
And how long does the CRIMINALITY CHECK will take?
1. The application was received at the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney (CIO), Nova Scotia on October 31, 2019.
2. The initial assessment to ensure the applicant's submission is complete, has been finalized on January 28, 2020.
3. The Winnipeg, Manitoba IRCC office is currently reviewing the application and documents submitted to determine if the applicant and their family members meet the eligibility requirements under the class for which they have applied.
4. The medical examination results are on file and valid until October 9, 2022 for the applicants.
5. The criminality verifications are in process for the applicants.
6. The security verifications have not been initiated for the applicants.
