PR application with Common Law Application

hi me again!

Everybody writes it is better to do the PR application with the Sponsorship Application!

WHY? and where do I find the guide at the CIC side? is it always the same form or depends on the other applications?

I want to do the outland application!
are those correct?: ( I can not post links so just the short version )

I spent over 6 month in New Zealand do I need police check or not?

- It's mandatory that you include both parts of the application package together or your application will be returned unprocessed. It's not that this is the better way. It's the only way.
- Yes, need a policy check for NZ

You need to submit the forms for the sponsor and the applicant's forms together, along with all the supporting documents. That is all.

If you are asking about a PR card application, then no. You do not need that.

They have all the necessary forms and guides, for sponsor, applicant, and country specific forms.
