PR application vs BC PNP

Hello, I have an ongoing application for Permanent residence (invited and applied). Im also in pool for BC PNP. Just wondering, what would happen if I would be drawn from the bc pnp pool now. Because the pnp is connected to a PR express entry number, which is no longer in the EE pool, because i applied already.
If i would apply for the pnp and get it, but meanwhile the PR application would be refused (anything can happen .), can I use the pnp to support my new PR registration in EE pool? Even though the PNP would be connected to the previous (refused) PR appliction number?

Ideally, BC PNP will not invite you since you have already filed your PR application.
