A ghost email is an email that you receive from CIC indicating that your application has been updated. However, when you check "My CIC" you see nothing. This email means that they are working in your application. You may receive many ghost emails before receiving your PPR. Wish you all the best in your application.

I have just GOT ITA on 10th Feb 2016, Now i have started filling online form in MyCic.

I am confused in one point , Please help me.

What should i select in this form Field ?

"Have you listed all of xxx xxxxxx xxx's periods of military service or government positions (if any), and all of the organizations that xxx xxxxxx xxx belongs to (if any)?"

Options : Yes, No , Not Applicable ?

what does it mean ( "and all of the organizations that xxx xxxxxx xxx belongs to (if any)") ?

Based on what I read on the forum I put yes even though I am a female so no military service for me. The point is to confirm that you either have something to list and you listed it or you confirm that you have nothing to list (this is the "if any" part).

At least this is how I interpreted it.

If I am correct, it's a Background Declaration (personal history, foreign government positions, military services, ...).

Can someone explain the reason they are asking this? Is it random or did you mention something particular in your EE application?

Schedule 4/4a is not background declaration. It's is required to be completed by all PNP (Provincial Nomination Program) nominees. It's an intention to declare to reside in the province that nominated you. Schedule 4a is applicable to business/investors.

Yes, I am aware of Schedule 4/4A. I was more asking about Schedule A itself! I thinkJoul is right, I downloaded a copy of the form for myself, it seems to be the Personal History/Statutory Questions section of the e-APR.
