PR Application Transferred From Ottawa to Visa office outside Canada (New Delhi)

Anyone who applied for GCMS notes and got them recently ?
Any progress or comments marked in the GCMS notes after the Visa Office transfer ?

If you are currently residing in Canada you can apply by yourself from the below link. It normally takes 30 days to receive the GCMS notes after you apply. If you are outside Canada then someone who reside in Canada can apply on your behalf.

I am currently in India, so I have applied through my friend who is residing in Canada . I applied 10 days back. I am waiting for my GCMS notes.

Yes, you need to sign the concent form and send it to the person who is applying on your behalf. The form must have the details about the Person whom your are authorizing to get the details on your behalf. That person need to upload the concent form when applying for the GCMS notes in the online application form.

The form is available here. Your Spouse also need to sign in the concent form.

Update My spouse File -march 2014
Transfer File to New delhi - Oct 2014

Then no reply. i have applied Gcms note and bowp in feb 2015. keep updating guys.

Guys,

Today I checked the ECAS and my application status got change to "Decision Made"
"A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision"

But I have not received any email from CIC yet for Interview or PPR. I read in other threads that it is normal in some cases that E-CAS will be updated before their email.
Also there are some positive notes that when there is "Decision Made" after the Medicals and RPRF it is mostly approved. Me and my Spouse already completed the Medicals and also paid the RPRF when they requested.
Hope I will get a positive email from CIC on the decision.

The consent must indicate the name of the person giving his or her consent and to whom consent is being given. The consent document must be dated and signed by the person giving the consent.

You must include the consent for each individual listed in your file over the age of 18.

You may submit up to three (3) documents, but only one (1) is mandatory.

Today I submitted the passport through local VFS Office who will be forwarding it to Delhi CIC Office for Stamping. The VFS representative said it will take max 10 to 15 days to get the Visa stamped.

I wish everyone in this thread who are still waiting for their Interview/PPR to get positive response from CIC and Good Luck Everyone .
