PR application question

I have gone to the USA so many times on day trips but I have no idea of the dates. Does anyone know how to find it out so I can fill out the question. I feel dumb. I never thought to write down the dates. Thanks

PR application question: "Have you travelled or lived outside of Canada in the last five (5) years (or if you became a permanent resident less than five (5) years ago, since becoming a permanent resident)? Include ALL absences (including those due to employment, vacations, trips to the United States and any other time you left Canada)."

You can try here although note day trips where you exit and return on the same day ( 0001 - 2400) are still physical days in Canada. In fact even only being in Canada for a single minute in any day counts as a day in Canada.

Difference being if these days were included in the physical presence tool when applying for citizenship they would get excluded. For PR renewals they are more focussed on absences to ensure RO met so I guess want everything.
