On Form IM544E - Application for Permanent Residency it asks: -
21. TRAVEL HISTORY - Have you traveled or lived outside of Canada in the last five (5) (or if you became a permanent resident less than five (5) years ago, since becoming a permanent resident)? Include ALL absences (including those due to employment, vacations, trips to the United States and any other time you left Canada).
I'm from England, do I inform them that I've lived in England (which is outside Canada) for the past 5 years. I've also been on vacation to Turkey in 2012, do I tell them that too? I'm confused.
Do I need to fill this form in at all if I'm landing for the first time? I've just read that I don't need to. Yet another bewildering ball from the courts of CIC!
