Hello,

I recently submitted all my documents for my permanent resident application, and received the AOR with my application number.

However, I realized after submitting the application that I mistakenly answered in my PR application form that I was nominated to the PNP by Ontario, since I had received an interest letter for PNP before getting the ITa and confused it with official nomination when I was filling the PR application, despite answering NO previously in my express entry profile form.

I submitted an enquiry on the CIC website with my application number describing the situation and explaining my mistake, but will this enquiry be sufficient or will this mistake be regarded as misrepresentation and refusal of my application? (I already paid both the application fee and right of residence!!)

I AM EXTREMELY WORRIED SINCE ALL MY DOCUMENTS ARE FINE!

Experts here can provide better guidance but my instinct would be raise a CSE and include an LOE right away.

Thank you, I did send a Case Specific Enquiry a few days after I submitted the application, explaining the matter. Do you know any experts I could communicate with?

If you have raised the CSE, there should be no issue.
