Currently, my PR application is in progress and I have received a Job Offer in Canada if I upload this Job Offer Letter will this speed-up my application processing?
Secondly, do I need to let IRCC know that I received a Job Offer in Canada? And will I face any consequences if I don't let them know about my Job Offer?

Please provide suggestions.

No - you don't need to let IRCC know about the job offer.
